Functional salad with nutritionally balanced ingredients.
- Green salad mix (lettuce, arugula, spinach and aromatic herbs)
- Fresh salmon in cubes
- Cherry tomato
- Mix of red fruits
- Liquid low-fat natural yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of Föld Cardio
- Juice of 1 lime
- Parsley qb
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Mix of seeds (sesame, sunflower, pumpkin)
- Place the green salad mix, salmon, tomato, strawberries and red fruit mix in a bowl.
- To make the sauce, combine the natural yogurt with Föld Cardio , lime juice, parsley, pepper and olive oil.
- Pour the sauce into the bowl and finish with the seed mix topping.
