This cardio banana bread is delicious for breakfast or a snack! The flavor of Föld Cardio combines wonderfully with the sweet flavor of ripe bananas and results in an extra fluffy bread.
Ingredients
Humid
3 very ripe bananas
50 g almond butter or tahini
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 egg
1 teaspoon of natural vanilla extract
Dried
190 g spelled flour
50 g coconut or brown sugar
3 tablespoons of Föld Cardio
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 pinch of salt
To decorate
Chopped cooking chocolate
1 banana
Preparation
Heat the oven to 180º and line an English cake pan (23 x 13 cm) with baking paper.
Mix all the wet ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and add to the banana cream, with the processor always running, until it becomes a thick dough but be careful not to mix too much.
Add the extras of your choice and transfer the dough to the pan.
Decorate with a banana cut lengthwise and chopped chocolate.
Bake in the oven for 40 to 50 minutes, covering with foil halfway through cooking if necessary.
Remove the banana bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring it to a cooling rack to cool completely.
Once cooled, cut the banana bread into slices and enjoy!
It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer for 2 to 3 months.
