This is a super easy and quick recipe to make that lasts all week! You can even do it as a family to make it more fun.
Ingredients (for 8 servings):
- 1 cup of puffed rice tea
- 1 cup of whole oat flakes
- 1 cup of Föld Energy Oat and Maca tea
- 1 cup of Föld Energy Snack tea
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- salt to taste
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- In a frying pan, heat the olive oil over low heat.
- Add the puffed rice, oats and Föld Energy Oats and Maca and season with salt. Involve everything.
- Add the honey and mix again to mix all the ingredients well.
- Turn off the stove and set aside.
- Sprinkle the mixture with Föld Energy Snack and stir.
- Bake for 10 minutes, stirring the mixture from time to time.
- Let cool and store in an airtight glass jar.
- Add to your favorite yogurt or a vegetable drink or milk.
Notes on the recipe
- You can replace cereals with another base such as buckwheat, quinoa or barley.
- Honey can also be replaced with maple syrup. Olive oil can be replaced with coconut oil.
- You can also add ground cinnamon, ginger or grated coconut to add more flavor.
