Pear crumble to sweeten your day...
Ingredients (for 4 servings):
- 4 ripe pears
- 1 and a half tablespoons of honey
- 2 teaspoons of Föld Cardio
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 dessert spoon of cinnamon
- 40/50g of oat flakes
- Walnuts or almonds to taste
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC;
- In a container, place the pears cut into small pieces, 1 tablespoon of honey and Föld Cardio ;
- Mix the previous mixture well and divide it into 4 small jars to go in the oven;
- In the same container that was used for the pear mixture, add the oats, the remaining honey, cinnamon, lemon zest and a handful of coarsely chopped walnuts or almonds;
- Mix everything very well and place on top of the pears in the jars;
- Place in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes;
- Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly and preferably consume while still warm;
- You can accompany it with a tablespoon of natural yogurt;
- Store for a few days.
