An easy-to-make mug cake, with ingredients that are good for the heart!
- 3 tablespoons of Föld Cardio Seeds & Lucuma
- Half a very ripe banana, crushed
- 2 c. of oat flour soup
- 1 egg
- Half a teaspoon of baking soda
In a mixing glass, grind all the ingredients.
Pour into a mug and microwave for 2 to 3 minutes.
