Refund policy

General Conditions

Föld accepts the exchange/return of products purchased on the website foldsuperfoods.com in accordance with the legislation in force within 14 consecutive days after receiving the order. Returned products will only be accepted if they are in their original, unopened packaging, undamaged or scratched, and accompanied by the respective purchase invoice. Products purchased in campaigns, packs, or where the customer has benefited from a gift must be returned in their entirety. Packs must be returned with all the products they contain. The complimentary gifts must also be returned. Föld does not accept exchanges/refunds for products that are not in the conditions described above.

All costs associated with the return or exchange of products are borne by the customer (such as shipping costs and packaging), except in cases where the reason for exchange/return is attributed to us or the carrier, including delivery issues or non-conformity of the product or its packaging. It is advisable that the product be sent by registered mail.

Our team undertakes to resolve the exchange or return as quickly as possible, as soon as the product arrives at our facilities and successfully passes the quality control.

Exchanges

Föld will contact the customer by email to inform them about the availability of the chosen item for exchange. If the selected item for exchange is out of stock, the customer may choose another available item. If the chosen item has a higher value than the purchased product, the difference must be paid. Upon receipt of payment, the product will be shipped. The customer may choose to receive the value of the product in a voucher valid for 6 months to spend on a future purchase.

Undelivered Orders

In the event that an order is not delivered for reasons attributable to Föld, the full amount paid will be refunded. If the reason for the undelivered delivery is attributable to the customer, the shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Refund Policy

The refund payment will be made by the same method used, except in the case of payment made through Multibanco Reference: in this case, the refund will be made by bank transfer, and the customer must provide their IBAN to Föld. The customer may choose to receive the value of the product in a voucher valid for 6 months to spend on a future purchase.

If the purchased product or order has an error or defect, we hereby apologize. In this case, Föld, after being notified, will bear the return costs through collection at the delivery address of the product(s) in question. Our team will contact the customer to provide all necessary clarifications and schedule the collection of the product at the location specified by the customer. In these cases, the total amount paid by the customer, including shipping costs, will also be refunded. However, if the product to be returned is part of an order with more products, the value of the original shipping will not be refunded. The total refund is only made in the case of returning a complete order and when it is found that the reason for the return is attributable to Föld.

Return Procedure

To make a return, the customer must contact Föld via email at info@foldsuperfoods.com, indicating the order number and including a copy of the invoice, a photograph of the product to be returned, and, when applicable, a description of the reason for the return. We will contact you with all the necessary instructions for the return.

The shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the reason for the return is attributable to Föld.
