Hemp Bars

If you are a fan of simple recipes, this is one of them! Healthy bars with just 6 ingredients, which don't need to be baked!

You will need:

- 140g of almonds

- 100g of oat flakes

- 120g of Föld Vital Hemp

- 20g of sesame seeds

- 40 dates

- 125g dark chocolate bar

Step by step:

- Start by soaking the dates in warm water for 10 minutes.

- Then, in a food blender or food processor, grind together the almonds, oats, hemp seeds, sesame seeds, dark chocolate, and (in stages) the soaked dates

- Mix until everything becomes a united and homogeneous mass

- Spread the dough on a sufficiently large tray and smooth it out.

- Place the tray in the fridge for an hour and then cut the dough into bars and store them in the fridge. Ready to eat, a quick, easy and delicious snack!
