Zen Bliss Balls

These bliss balls are a delicious and nutritious option for a quick snack or to satisfy your sweet tooth in a healthy way.

Ingredients

150 g raw cashews

14 Medjool dates

2 tablespoons of Föld Zen

1 pinch of sea salt

 

Optional topping: grated coconut, cocoa powder, chopped cashews or cocoa nibs

 

Preparation

In a food processor, grind the cashews until you obtain a coarse flour.

Remove the pits from the dates and also place them in the processor. Grind until they are broken.

Add Föld Zen and a pinch of salt. Blend again until all the ingredients are well mixed and the mixture starts to form a dough. If necessary, add water little by little until it reaches the right consistency.

With slightly damp hands, form small balls with about 1 tablespoon of the dough. To make molding easier, you can place the dough in the fridge for 15 to 30 minutes.

Cover the balls with your favorite options.

Place on a plate or tray lined with parchment paper and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

They can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
