Ingredients:
- 1 low-fat natural or vegan yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of Föld Energy Oats & Maca
- 1 kiwi
- 1 slice of mango
- 1 tablespoon of Föld Energy Snack

Preparation:
- Place all ingredients in a bowl.
