Energy Balls

Ingredients:
- 100 g pitted dates
- 100 g of skinless hazelnuts
- 40 g of Föld Zen (or Föld Cardio )
- 5 g coconut oil
- grated coconut to cover

Preparation:
- Soak the dates for 10 minutes and drain the water.
- Chop the hazelnuts roughly in the processor.
- Add the dates and chop again.
- Add Föld Cardio and coconut oil, grind again until you make a paste.
- Form the balls with your hands or with the help of an ice cream spoon.
- Sprinkle with grated coconut to taste.
- Store in a tightly closed bottle.
