This smoothie is a great option for a healthy and nutritious breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
1 ripe banana
1 tablespoon peanut butter
2 teaspoons of Föld Vital Maca
1 medjool date (optional)
200 ml of natural vegetable drink
Preparation
Peel the banana and cut it into slices.
Add the banana, peanut butter, Föld Vital Maca, vegetable drink and date (remove the pit) in a blender.
Blend everything until you obtain a smooth, creamy mixture.
Decorate a glass with peanut butter, pour the smoothie and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
